Pilar,
On the 11am Tulum Tour, will we have an opportunity for lunch,or should we bring something from the ship? If we stop for lunch,we’d be interested in a little local restaurant with quick service.
Thanks,Dave Flower
Hello,
The cruiseship will arrive in Cozumel at 1:30pm Eastern Standard Time and there are two people in my group. Will I be able to book the Tulum Tour?
I hope that I am leaving this post in the appropriate place! In the off chance that I am not,I will be placing it in at least one other area of your website to ensure that our Guide Silvia is recognized for the outstanding service that she provided on our tour!!
From the incredibly warm greeting we received right from the beginning,we knew we had a true treasure in our Guide Silvia! She was without a doubt one of the most informative Tour Guides to share her time with us in Cozumel. Her 25+ years in the industry were evident in the vast array of culture and history that she described as each scene came alive before us. Instead of commercializing the Mayans and the Tulum excursion into a “Long count calendar seminar,” Silvia’s enthusiasm and warmth brought each piece of history to life and made it personal for each member of the tour.
I would highly recommend any tour that she is leading and this one with the view at the top—SPECTAULAR!! Definitely a great value and well worth the money.

Hello,
We arrive at 11:00 AM on Thursday,Nov.15 on Carnival Paradise cruise. Is it possible to join the 11:00 AM Tour? Our departure is at 8:00 PM. If not,can you suggest a tour that fits our schedule and includes Tulum?

Do you have private tours? We are coming in a cruise ship and don’t have much time. Our cruise ship arrives at 8:00am. Is it possible to catch the 9:00 ferry from Cozumel and return by 2:30? We are 4 adults looking to see Tulum.
Can you email me an itinerary with times for Wednesday,June 13?
I am interested in booking the Tulum tour for three people for March 16th,2012. Our ship gets in at 8:00 AM,but is on daylight savings time so may be 9:00 AM your time. Should we book the 9:00 AM tour? Also we would not be there a half hour early. Should we book the 10:00 AM tour, which would be 9:00AM on ship time. We would need to be back on the ship at 5:00 PM,which would probably be 6:00PM your time.

In order to do this excursion why does the cruise ship have to be at port for 8-9 hours if the tour is 5.5 hours? our ship will be there for 10,but i was just wondering because I would like to get back and see cozumel before getting back on the cruise ship. Thanks for your help.
